Dedicated to Darren Scott Tannahill

1972-1999

Test Pilot of the soul

Written By Scott's Sister Teresa Tannahill:

My brother Darren Scott Tannahill died in tragic circumstances last night, aged 26
Scott was known to many of the Spirit Web regulars. He spent more than a quarter of his
waking life here! He had a great sense of humor, and this was reflected in the variety of
names that he used online. Some people will know him as The Demi God. Others called him The
Demi Urge. <Smile!> Yet others knew him as Scott, Shadow, Light, Snort, Makaraka Magic
and maybe other names a sister wouldn't know of! Scott frequented Stonehenge and the

other chatrooms on this site and he loved sharing ideas and spiritual understanding with the
friends he made here. He saw this website as a home-from-home. I know, because it was the
first place I would look when I needed to find him! :-)

I want you guys to know that Scott did not take his own life. It was brutally taken from him
at a time when he had so much to live for. He was in love, he was learning to drive and he had
taken up the physical sport of mountain biking (yeah, that's right, I said *physical*! LOL!) He
constantly strove to be a better person. Yet, in his search for spiritual enlightenment, Scott
was never too preoccupied to stop and help others. Many found strength in his caring and
encouraging words. I know I did. I used to joke that he was a test pilot of the soul. I taught
him how to mountain bike and, spiritually, he taught me how to fly. I got the better deal! :-)

I love him dearly and I will miss him.

Teresa

This page is dedicated to the memory of our very good friend, Darren Scott  Tannahill.  Losing
Scott last  year hit most of us pretty hard.  If you knew Scott at all, then you know that he was a
loving person who was full of  life and love.   I can't remember one single time when I talked with

him that I wasn't either smiling or laughing....not one time!  If you had the privilege to know him
as I did, you couldn't help but to love him.  He had a charm that just swept you off your feet if
you weren't looking.*S* If you needed help, he was always there to listen and help you if he
could....... Scott, if you can hear me up there, we all miss you and we love you very much!!  I
know  that one day we'll see you on the other side, my friend. We will never forget you.  You will
be with us always!!

Please take some time to sign in the guestbook. We'd like very much to
hear from everyone. This dreambook was created for everyone to share
their thoughts and memories of Darren Scott Tannahill.
Everyone is invited to sign and/or view this dreambook. Thank you for
